MixedBag is hiring!
We're looking for Game Designers, to work with us on our biggest project yet: a new, exciting, unannounced game for console / PC.
Join our talented team in Torino and help us shape a new incredible world with engaging and original gameplay systems and mechanics.
We evaluate junior, mid and senior Game Designers.
Position availables: 2
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Creative Director and the game design team to design, prototype and implement new systems and new gameplay features
- Work with programmers, artists, animators and with the narrative team to fully flesh out the game vision
- Write and mantain the game design documentations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good knowledge of the Unity Engine
- Extensive knowledge of game design principles and best pratices
- Ability to work on systemic games and design and implement complex interconnected systems
- Basic programming skills (C#) is a plus
- Knowledge of common game development technologies and collaborative tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Open mind, chill personality and strong ability to work in a team
- Excellent English communication skills
- Considerable understanding of video games and broad video game culture
