MixedBag is hiring! Join our team to work on an unannounced wholesome / narrative game for console / PC for one of the best indie publishers in the world!

We're looking for a Mid / Senior 3d Artist.

Join our talented team in Torino and help us create a gorgeous new world!
We'll require an art test.

Position availables: 1


  • Create assets and textures in line with the project’s artistic and technical direction (references, documents, etc.)
  • Integrate assets and textures produced in the game engine (Unity)
  • Verify the quality of his work once imported into the game, and make improvements when necessary
  • Able to communicate with the level designers and modify the objects to their requirements
  • Use specific project tools in order to achieve best results and meet deadlines
  • Efficiently uses the texture space and takes into consideration the pixel ratio
  • Determine the objects and environments required and adjust the work according to the story and the gameplay (Game Design documents)
  • Able to fast learn technical constraints of platforms, engines and software
  • Understand and apply graphic principles
  • Use artistic references to improve visuals
  • Able to take a painted concept and turn it into a stylized 3D model
  • Able to micro plan and time estimate his work


  • Experience in 3D modeling (low poly, high poly, retopology...) Maya and / or Blender
  • Experience in creating PBR materials
  • Experience with the Substance suite
  • At least 1 shipped commercial game, ideally AA / AAA
  • Previous experience working in a game studio, ideally AA / AAA
  • 2D skills — Adobe Photoshop proficient
  • Good notion of proportions and a good eye for the detail
  • Rigging and Animation is a plus
  • Technical / Shader skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Unity Engine pipeline is a plus
  • Knowledge of common game development technologies and collaborative tools
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Open mind, chill personality and strong ability to work in a team
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Considerable understanding of video games and broad video game culture


  • Full time permanent contract with competitive salary depending on experience
